We shared some of the top ways to influence your paradigm on our last blog. Here is Part 2 - words to live by! Sometimes just being in a different environment is all it takes to truly evaluate your place in life. This conscious reflection on your goals, history, and future can help to create a "positive plot twist". A plot twist is a literary device that surprises readers or viewers with an unexpected turn of events.
Many who have stayed with us feel a sense of wanting to re-write their future to some degree; The depart feeling inspired to renew their sense of self, and go forward dreaming bigger, challenging themselves more, and reconnecting with the things that make them who they are. Whether it be a career change to work that is more fulfilling, seeing more of the world, or simply finding more ways to reconnect with the things that make them who they are, and find their sense of self.
10\. Create a sense of urgency: To keep the momentum going, set a timeline for your goals. This can help you stay motivated and committed to making changes.
11\. Focus on personal growth: Work on developing new skills or improving existing ones. This can lead to unexpected opportunities and a greater sense of fulfillment.
12\. Be open to change: Flexibility is essential for plot twists. Be willing to adapt your plans if life throws you a curveball.
13\. Seek inspiration: Look to books, movies, or real-life stories for inspiration. Seeing how others have overcome adversity or turned their lives around can provide valuable insights.
14\. Surround yourself with positive influences: Spend time with people who encourage and support your positive changes.
15\. Celebrate successes: Acknowledge and celebrate each step you take toward your goal. This reinforces the positive narrative and keeps you motivated.
16\. Reflect regularly: Check in with yourself to see if your actions are aligning with your new storyline. Adjust your approach if necessary.
17\. Keep a journal: Writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can help you track your progress and identify patterns that may be leading to your positive plot twist.
18\. Stay patient: Change doesn't happen overnight. Remember that every plot twist is part of a larger story.
19\. Stay true to yourself: The most authentic plot twists are those that are in line with your values and aspirations. Don't try to force a change that doesn't feel right.
20\. Believe in yourself: Have faith that you are capable of achieving your goals and creating the life you want.
By following these steps and remaining committed to your new narrative, you can create a positive plot twist in your life that leads to growth, happiness, and success. Remember, the power to change your story lies within you.
